We Inspire Inc. is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit serving economically disadvantaged youth and adults in Illinois and Texas. With a strong history in education and offender reintegration, We Inspire has:
- Helped 112 individuals earn their high school diplomas
- Supported 47 formerly incarcerated “second chance” offendersin rebuilding their lives
- Positively impacted 138+ individuals nationwidethrough education, life skills, and reentry support
- Developed innovative programs such as the Math & Music Series (M&MS)and the Mo City Sings! performance competition, which raised scholarship funds and created opportunities in the performing arts

Evidence-Based, Individualized Approach
The program is modeled after successful reentry initiatives that reduce recidivism and improve employment and housing stability. Each participant receives an individualized case management plan that coordinates services across all need areas and emphasizes personal responsibility alongside strong support.
Expected Outcomes
- Increased employment rates within six months of enrollment
- Increased stable housing placements within three months of enrollment
- Improved social, educational, and reentry engagement, measured through participant feedback and progress tracking
- Reduced recidivism among participants compared to baseline community data
